Bouli Lanners is a Belgian painter, actor, screenwriter and director, born as Philippe “Bouli” Lanners. He began his career as a painter and interior designer. Belgian TV channel Canal + hired his as a director of the satirical program Les Snuls in which he also appeared as a stand up comedian. Consequently, he started acting in supporting roles in Belgian and French films. In 1999, he wrote and directed his first short film Travellinckx (1999). Afterwards he made the short Muno (2001) and two features: Ultranova (2005) and Eldorado (2008).

Synopsis:

You return home and find a burglar, what is the first thing you would do? Seller of old-timer cars Yvan takes pity on the burglar and takes him to his parents. Instead of going to the police, they set off on a trip across country in an old Chevrolet and meet many different characters on the way.

Synopsis:

Ljeto je, a braća Zak i Seth sami su i bez novaca u vlastitoj vikendici. Očekuju još jedne nevesele praznike, ali tada upoznaju Dannyja, dječaka iz susjedstva. U dobi u kojoj je sve moguće njih trojica započinju veliku i opasnu životnu pustolovinu. Film je osvojio tri nagrade među kojima je i kanska 2011. godine.
