Director, screenwriter, producer and editor. He went to the Music Academy in Stockholm. He started working in film in the mid-nineties, writing, directing and editing short films with his friend Johannes Stjärne Nilsson. After a few films connected by the character of Mr Pendel, they made Music for One Apartment and Six Drummers (2001), which achieved great success. After a few more shorts riding the success of Music for One Apartment and Six Drummers, they made a feature film with a similar musical theme, Sound of Noise (2010). The film won the Young Critics Award at the Cannes Film Festival in 2010, and audience awards at the international film festivals in Warsaw and Kiev.
