Afdlin Shauki is a Malaysian theatre and film actor, director, screenwriter, singer and entertainer. After high school graduation, he received a scholarship to study in the US but instead chose to become a professional entertainer. He was a singer and musician, and in 2003 published his first album with the band Acid Iz. He also appeared as a stand up comedian from 2004 until 2009, and has been a TV host, actor and director since 1999. He directed, wrote the screenplays for and acted in the comedies Buli (2004), Baik punya cilok (2005), Buli balik (2006), Sumolah (2007). He was the co-director and actor in the martial arts film Brave (2007), co-producer, director, screenwriter and actor in the comedy Los Dan Faun (2008), director, screenwriter and actor in Papadom (2009) and director and screenwriter My Spy (2009).

Synopsis:

Saadom is a successful businessman who loves his daughter and wife as much as his job. His life takes a different turn when his wife dies and he has to take care of his daughter on his own. He focuses all his attention on his daughter and her well-being and, if you asked his daughter, becomes an overly protective father. In time, she grows up and it is time for her to enroll to college. Saadom is worried about how he will continue looking after his daughter, according to his late wife’s wishes.
