Synopsis:
In 1561 Pizzaro sends an expedition to the Amazonian wild to search for the legendary El Dorado. The leader of the expedition is the ruthless Spanish conquistador Lope de Aguirre. Hunger, fever, a merciless river, and the attacks of Amazon Indians gradually destroy the expedition. Possessed, Aguirre attempts to reach the seaside, appropriate New Spain, and found a new invincible dynasty with his daughter….
