Director

Taratuto is a director and screenwriter, he studied communications at UBA and film at University of Cinema (Universidad del Cine). Since 1995, he has worked as a director in the advertising industry, and in 1997, he directed the television series Laberinto. His first feature film, comedy No sos vos, soy yo (2004) starring Diego Peretti was extremely well received by the audience and later Peretti also starred in his film ¿Quién dice que es fácil? (2007). After the comedy Un novio para mi mujer (2008), he again worked with Diego Peretti in his drama La reconstrucción (2013) and comedy Papeles en el viento (2015). Romantic comedy Me casé con un boludo (2016.) is his currently last film.

Synopsis:

Eduardo is in his fifties and works in an oil refinery as an inspector. Professionally, he is a responsible and good employee, but privately he is a bitter hermit. His solitary routine is disrupted by an invitation from his old friend Marco from Ushuaia, the saddest town in Patagonia. He has to go for surgery and he wants Eduardo to look after his shop while he is gone. Eduardo is hesitant but then accepts the invitation… >

Synopsis:

Priča o ljubavi, prijateljstvu i nogometu. Trojica prijatelja pokušavaju se nositi sa smrti zajedničkog prijatelja i činjenicom da je za njime ostala malodobna kćer Guadalupe. Žele joj pružiti potrebnu ljubav, ali i financijsku pomoć kako bi joj budućnost bila osigurana. Nažalost, sva imovina pokojnog prijatelja otišla je u nedavnu kupnju nogometnog igrača koji se pokazao neuspješnim. Njih trojica pokušavaju riješiti situaciju i pomoći Guadalupe.
