Stéphane Bélaïsch (1971) has worked in many advertising agencies, such as Saatchi & Saatchi, and written for the theatre as well. In 2000, he directed the short 35mm film Le truc. In 2002, he wrote, directed and acted in the play “The Wrong Men at the Wrong Place”.

Synopsis:

Jonas runs through the streets of Jerusalem. He does not remember anything, not even who he is. He suffers from “Jerusalem syndrome” and believes he is the prophet Jonah. In the city, he meets a colorful crowd that joins forces in a mission to save a young Russian prostitute from her Georgian pimp. The group includes an orthodox Jewish student and a grumpy soldier.
