Zoran Stojkovski

 

Born in Macedonia in 1985. Graduated in classical philology from the Saints Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje, and film directing from the Academy of Dramatic Art in Zagreb, where he currently lives. His filmography includes: Days (2015), Last Time it Was Nice (2017), The Past (2017), Walz for Labour Day (2019).

Synopsis:

Two middle-aged friends arrive at a weekend house on the day before May First in order to prepare for next day’s barbecue with friends. The two of them seldom see each other; Momo has moved away from the village, while Borko feels Momo has run away. As Borko insist on retelling stories from the past, Momo is having fun, testing the limits of tolerance of the other guests. Subtitles: EN
