Darko Vernić-Bundi (April 9, 1952, Zagreb – March 31, 2000, Zagreb) studied
construction and traffic sciences but never worked in those areas. He was one of
the first editors of the popular TV series TV kalendara, for which he
also wrote texts. He directed many TV series, notably among them Stereovizija,
which changed many stereotypical entertainment shows, Animavizija,
Vrijeme za jazz, Hrtić-Hitić and many more documentaries. Every year
he participated on the manifestation Days of Croatian film. He will be
remembered for his outstanding travel reportage.
