JYamauchi is a Japanese director and producer of animated film series. He began his career directing the two parts of the TV anima series Kikô Kantai dairugger XV (1982), and is most famous as a director of Dragon Ball Z films: Dragon Ball Z: Broly - The Legendary Super Saiyan (Doragon bôru Z 8: Moetsukiro!! Nessen retsusen-chô gekisen, 1993), Dragon Ball Z Gaiden: Saiya-jin Zetsumetsu Keikaku (1993), Dragon Ball Z: Broly - Second Coming (Doragon bôru Z 10: Kiken na futari! Sûpâ senshi wa nemurenai, 1994) and Dragon Ball Z: Fusion Reborn (Doragon bôru Z 12: Fukkatsu no of fyushon!! Gokû to Bejîta, 1995). Afterwards he directed Digimon: The Movie (2000) and several parts of the Digimon series Digimon: Digital Monsters (2001). One of his last works is the anima TV series Dream Eater Merry (Yumekui Merry, 2011).

Synopsis:

The fourth film in the anima series Dragon Ball, this is the story of a boy and a girl, Goku and Bulma. Since his grandfather passed away, Goku has lived alone on Paoz Mountain. Once, on the way home, he almost gets run over by a car. Thinking that the car, driven by Bulma, is a monster, Goku attacks it. Bulma tries to stop him, but Goku mistakes her for a demon…
