Vazirian (Teheran, 1960) is a graphic designer, painter and director. He graduated with a degree in painting from the University of Visual Arts in Teheran (1985-1990). He is a well-known graphic designer whose works have been exhibited in many galleries. He has published two books: the first collection of his works was published in 1998 and the second in 2008. He worked as a creative director and professor at art schools from 1989 to 1993. He wrote the screenplay and directed the short film Baz baran (Once Again Rain, 2003) and feature films Khoda Nazdik Ast (God is close, 2007) and Yek vajab aseman (A Span of Heaven, 2008).
