Synopsis:
This film consists of four episodes directed by debutants who graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia. They all portray the world of soccer in the style of popular comedy. Bolji od Maradone, directed by Michele Carrilla, is a story about a coach (Nino D’Angelo) who brings a talented boy from Naples to Turin to play soccer. Trenerova cura, directed by Claudio Cupellini, tells the story about female soccer. In Balondòr, directed by Francesco Lagi, an amateurish soccer agent illegally brings a talented African boy to play for a team in Milan. Treći vratar, directed by Roan Johnson, is a story about a player at the end of his career who cannot accept the fact that he has to sit on a bench.
