Synopsis:
Two fathers meet on the Danube at an illegal border crossing between Serbia and Romania. Both are crossing the border in order to look for their children – a Serbian is coming to collect the body of his son, who died in a car accident in Romania, while the other is traveling to Serbia in the hopes of finding his daughter, who has been forced into prostitution in Kosovo. They meet on a ferry and listen to the ferryman reminisce about a two-hundred year-old legend about a wooden church that the Romanian villagers tried to push up a hill into their village. That is when the building of orthodox churches was banned.
Last year, this film won the ''Hubert Bals Audience Award'' at the prestigious film festival in Rotterdam.
