Synopsis:
Coralie, twenty-two years old Swiss rapper performing under the artistic name Brooklyn, leaves her home-country and father who does not understand her, and moves to Paris. She lives with a retired Odette, and finds work in a musical association in the Parisian suburbs Saint-Denis. One evening, during a slam competition, one of the other performs pushes her onto the stage. At first she is unsure of herself, but soon wins over the audience and attracts the young rapper’s Issa attention…
