Synopsis:
Elizabeth Taylor won her first Oscar for the role of Gloria Wandrous, a young model with loose moral standards who jumps from one relationship to other and uses men for fun. She soon meets Weston Liggett and the opportunity arises for her to experience true love. However, circumstances are against them. Ligget's life is even more chaotic than hers; he is unhappily married to a rich woman but has no self-esteem or illusions in his life.
