Synopsis:
On New Year’s Eve a soldier gets permission to visit his home under one condition: he must escort an underage delinquent to a correctional institution in Teheran. Since he has no other choice, the soldier and the fourteen-year-old boy accused of stealing a necklace start their voyage. The Child and the Soldier is director Seyyed Reza Mir-Karimi’s debut film.
