Joe Kirby is convinced that local criminals use the comic book he reads for exchange of coded messages. It takes some time until he persuades his friend that he is right and after he succeeds, the kids become unstoppable. They set traps, but the police fall in them instead of the criminals, and they turn to the secretary who works in the newspapers that publishes the comic.
