Synopsis:

Taeko and her husband Jiro are living a peaceful existence with her young son Keita. Although Taeko and Jiro are not overly close, and his parents are unhappy with his choice of a partner, they are bonded by their love for Keito. But then. a tragic accident brings the boy’s long-lost father, Park, back into Taeko’s life. To cope with the pain and guilt, Taeko throws herself into helping this deaf and homeless man.

This family melodrama with an unexpected bite premiered in competition at Venice International Film Festival.
