Synopsis:
Homeless Alex and his older friend Hans live next to the famous Parisian bridge Pont-Neuf. Alex is addicted to alcohol and prescription drugs, and makes a living as a street performer. One day he meets Michèle near the bridge, a young artist who has taken his usual place. Although at first he fights with her, they soon become friends. Michèle ended up on the street after a bad relationship, and since she is losing her eyesight, she wants to use the remaining time for painting. They slowly fall in love...
