Synopsis:
Raj Kapoor plays a poor small-time crook whose lousy living conditions were caused by his parent’s misunderstanding in the past. His father is a wealthy judge (played by Raj Kapoor’s real-life father) who has chased away Raj’s pregnant mother thinking that she cheated on him. Years later, Raj learns that the real culprit for this misunderstanding is his long-time mentor Jagga. In fury raj kills Jagga and after the crime has to face the judge, his own father.
