Synopsis:
Mercedes is a married woman in her mid-forties and a mother of two. Her decision to start going to therapy out of curiosity will slowly, but definitely, change her life. Although she appears to have all the prerequisites for happiness, she will start questioning her marriage, professional achievements, her beauty and attraction. She divorces her husband and, persuaded by her friend, starts dating again. To prove to herself she is still desirable, she goes out with a younger man.
The film has won 10 prestigious awards of Brazilian cinematography.
