Synopsis:
An educated Portuguese soldier tells the whole of Portuguese military history during his troop’s march through Africa in 1973 during the Portuguese colonial war. In a series of flashbacks, we learn about important people and events from Portuguese history and the reasons and events that brought him where he is today.
