Synopsis:
The story takes place in the 18th century in France. Since childhood, young Jean-Baptiste Grenouille has had a great sense of smell. Even though he does not have any scent at all, he becomes a talented creator of perfumes. Obsessed with his wish to make the perfect perfume he wants to capture the essence of beautiful young girls. Over time, his quest for perfume becomes a killing spree and soon there is great panic in the city as there is a rising number of murdered young women. But Jean Baptiste is still missing the right ingredient…
