Teja Kraj is a former university professor, writer and a member of the Belgrade intellectual circle that fiercely opposes Milošević’s political regime in the 1990’s. He took part in political demonstrations and now works as a director of a publishing house. One day in his office, he gets a visit from a stranger with a suitcase. He says his name is Luka Laban, and he is a former member of the national security service and knows every detail of Teja’s life because he had followed him for ten years of his life.
