Synopsis:

Rock legend Marianne Lane is recovering from an operation on her vocal cords together with her partner Paul on a volcano island Pantelleria. Sudden visit from her old colleague Harry and his daughter Penelope causes an explosion of nostalgic ecstasy. 

This remake of Jacques Deray’s film The Swimming Pool from 1969 is a sensual portrayal of events that spiral out of control when fun, passion and rock’n roll mix under the bright Mediterranean sun.
