Synopsis:

The film was inspired by real events that took place in early 200’s and follows the journalist investigation of Boston Globe that revealed cases of sexual molestation performed by more than 70 priests. The story by the journalists of Boston Globe won the Pulitzer award and shook up the Catholic Church from the ground up. The mighty institutions attempted to cover up the investigation, but luckily it resulted in revealing similar crimes all over the world.

The film won an Oscar as Best Picture in 2016.
