                          Synopsis:
                            The drama for which Maximilian Schell won a Golden Globe and an Oscar Award for best actor in 1962. In occupied Germany, in Nuremberg in 1948 the trial of four German judges who made sterilization, imprisonment and murder of Jews and other undesirable groups at the time legal. Through a process led by the main judge, American Dan Haywood, raises the question of individual guilt in the carried out collectively.
