Synopsis:
When the Egyptians woke up on the state holiday of January 25, 2011 they did not expect that the demonstrations scheduled for that day would lead to a revolution that would overthrow the thirty-year long political regime.
Divided into three parts, this documentary describes the revolution from different perspectives. The first part is devoted to the protesters, the second shows the same events from the viewpoint of the police forces and the third is devoted to Hosni Mubarak, whose profile is portrayed by interviews with politicians who try to answers the question of how he managed to maintain his position for so long.
