Synopsis:
This social satire was awarded an Oscar for Best Foreign Film in 1973. The central story revolves around attempts by a group of well-off friends and acquaintances to meet for dinner. This conventional and in no way special social event will turn out to be almost impossible to achieve as different obstacles start to appear one after another.
