Synopsis:
After Napumoceno, a rich and single businessman, dies his nephew is disappointed when he finds out that he will not inherit anything at all. Napumoceno has left everything to his maid’s daughter. We later find out that she is in fact Napumoceno’s daughter. The young girl also inherits a recording on which her father tells his life story. The famous singer, Cesária Évora, appears in a small role in this film.
