Synopsis:
The films tells a story about a mother and a daughter in the time after the war in the 1990s, when a lot of people were still trying to deal with the atrocities that directly or indirectly affected them. Esma, the single mother of twelve-year-old Sara lives in the Sarajevo neighborhood Grbavica. Trying to earn enough money to support her daughter, she gets a second job as a waitress in a night club and does not spend enough time with her daughter.
