Njegov diplomski rad Slavek the Shit osvojio je Srebrnog Huga na Međunarodnom filmskom festivalu u Chicagu, a kratki film Wrestling premijerno je prikazan u Locarnu. Za film Ovnovi osvojio je Grand prix u programu Izvjestan pogled u Cannesu 2015.
