Yun-su Jeon

Jeon (Seoul, South Korea, 1971) studied at the Hankuk University and graduated with a degree in Spanish. Afterwards, he worked in the biggest Korean advertising agency and then moved to New York to study film. Upon his return to Korea, he started to write screenplays and worked as an assistant director. He made his directing debut with the drama Besame mucho (2001). Afterwards, he made the sci-fi Yesterday (2002) and two romantic dramas Parang-juuibo (My Girl and I, 2005) and Jigeum sarangha-neun saramgwa salgo issumnika? (Changing Partners, 2007). His last two films are the romantic drama A-nae-ga kyeol-hon-haet-da (My Wife Got Married, 2008) and the historical film Mi-in-do (Portrait of a Beauty, 2008).
