Bagheri (born in Iran, 1968) is the Iranian animator, director and screenwriter. He showed his passion for art in his early adulthood. After studying sculpture in high school, he received a university diploma in photography. For some time he was a professor of painting in Kanoon and afterwards started to work in animation. At first he was a puppeteer and animator and in 1988 he directed his first animated film
The Sun Will Shine. Besides many animated and short films he also directed several documentaries and commercials. In 2004 he directed his first feature film
We Are All Good People, and afterwards he made
The Day Looms (Rooz bar miadad, 2007).
