Synopsis:
This film is a modernized adaptation of Diderot’s work Jacques fatalist. When Helene’s lover Jean starts losing interest in her, she takes vengeance
by cheating on him. That results in Jean’s marriage to a former prostitute,
Agnes. After the wedding Jean finds out the truth…
