When Alia receives news of Sid Ali’s death, she returns to her past and decides to look for her father, whom she has never met.

Director’s statement:
What always shocks me the most is the silence deeply rooted in women in the Muslim and Arabian world. They grow up full of doubt about their own survival and past.
