Hong Seok-jae is a South Korean director and screenwriter. He graduated in directing at the Korean Academy of Film Arts. He directed short films Film (2010), Love Free for Last Month (2011) and Keep Quiet (2011) and made his feature film debut with So-syeol-po-bi-a (Socialphobia, 2014).
Two young men are preparing for their exam at the police academy and they get offended because of an anonymous comment on the internet about a death of a soldier. They decide to investigate and find out the real identity of the commentator. When they identify him they head to his house with a few friends in order to ask for an apology.
