Sebastián Borensztein

An Argentinean screenwriter, director, producer and actor, he graduated with a degree in communications from Universidad del Salvador in Buenos Aires, and then went to school for film directing. In the mid-eighties he worked for many advertising agencies. Between 1988 and 1994 he worked as a screenwriter and director for his own father, a television comedian and actor known by his stage name, Tato Bores. After that he worked as a television series cameraman and also as a producer. He has acted in a few films since 2000. His big screen feature film director debut was the comedy The Die is Cast (La Suerte está Echada, 2005) for which he also wrote the script. For a while he worked on scripts for the popular television series Tempo final (2008-2010) with his brother Alejandro, and then returned to film with the thriller No Memories (Sin Memoria, 2010) and the humorous drama Chinese Take-Out (Un Cuento Chino, 2011). Thriller Koblic (2016) is his currently last film.
