Hiroki Shibata

 

Director
Shibata is a director of TV anima series and two feature anima films. He began his career in the late 1980’s. He directed the series Transformers: Chôjin Master Force (Toransufômâ: Chôjin masutâ fôsu, 1988) and several parts of the series Sailor Moon. He also directed two Sailor Moon films: Sailor Moon S The Movie: Hearts in Ice (Gekijô-ban - Bishôjo senshi Sêrâ Mûn S, 1994) and Sailor Moon Super S the Movie: Black Dream Hole (Bishôjo senshi Sêrâ Mûn sûpâ S - Sêrâ nain senshi shuuketsu! Black-Dream-Hole no kiseki, 1995). More recently, he has directed the TV series Digimon: Digital Monsters (1999–2003), Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo (2003-2005) and Digimon Xros Wars (2010).

Synopsis:

An evil queen kidnaps children all over the world with the help of Pupulan. He hypnotizes them by playing a flute and takes them to a boat in the sky. In the center of the queen’s castle there is black hole that sucks the children’s dream energy. With every kidnapped child, the hole becomes bigger and it will finally be able to swallow the entire planet and condemn people to eternal slumber. Sensing that she has lots of energy, the queen kidnaps Mini Moon, the Moon warrior’s little friend.

Synopsis:

Kaguya the Snow Queen, who once tried to freeze Earth, comes back to try to do it again. However, in order for her wicked plans to succeed, she needs a lost piece of a comet, which was accidentally found by a young astronomer named Kakeru. He once saved Luna’s life and she has been in love with him ever since. Moon warriors are fighting against the Snow Queen - and Luna will soon get a chance to properly thank Kakeru.
