Synopsis:
Giuliana is an unhappy young woman, suffering from depression. Even though
her mood swings annoy everyone around her, they all pretend that everything is
all right. But, it seems that only Corrado Zeller, a British engineer, really
understands her. They have an affair… Antonioni’s first film in color, won the
Golden Lion and FIPRESCI award at the Venice film festival.
