Synopsis:

An old woman Darija Gasteiger lives in Zürich and speaks to a ghost of her best friend Lea Deutsch, whom she does not even remember. Thanks to her mentor Tito Strozzi, who wrote the leading role for her in the popular musical for children in 1935, young Lea Deutsch became a star of the theatre Kids’ Empire. Darija performs together with Lea and they become close friends. After the war breaks out and Ustashas arrive to Zagreb; lea and her family face tragedy and grave danger…

Alfi Kabiljo was awarded with a Porin for the music for this film in 2011.
