Synopsis:
Miner Sanmig returns to the small town Fengjie, which is threatened by flooding because of the nearby building of a dam, in search of a wife who left him sixteen years ago. Upon his return, he realizes that the street he had lived in is already flooded but manages to find out where his wife is. At the same time, nurse Shen Hong arrives to the same town in search of the husband who left their home two years ago. With her friend’s help, she starts her search.
